The Power Stretch

This technique consists, like its name implies, of stretching. If the penis is stretched on a regular basis, the suspensor ligament and the tissues of the penis become longer and this will eventually lead to the growth of the penis.

Benefits of stretching

  • Even if sounds hard to believe, if you squeeze and pull your penis on a regular basis, you will end up having a larger penis.
  • This is similar to exercising the muscles, because if the muscles are exercised on a regular basis, they will become larger.
  • The stretching exercises stretch both the penis and the erectile tissue. So, these exercises are suitable for lengthening both states of the penis, the erect and the flaccid one.
  • The penis can grow easily if it is exercised.
  • Due to these exercises, the blood fills the spaces in the Corpora Cavernosa and forces them to expand.
  • The exercises are very safe and they can be performed on a regular basis.
  • But if you want to see results sooner, you should perform them for at least three times a week, not less than that.
  • After a while of performing the exercises, you will notice that you have gained length both in the erect and in the flaccid state of the penis.
  • If you have a proper warm-up and if you don’t overdo them, the exercises cannot do you any harm at all.
  • The exercises also lengthen the skin which connects the testicles with the penis and you will see that your testicles hang lower and that they also enlarge.
  • The stretching exercises also have a positive effect on the testosterone and on the sperm count.
What you should remember:
  • The stretching exercises only work to lengthen your penis; they don’t help improving the girth of the penis.
  • The stretching performed with the hands has a similar effect as the weight system.
  • While you stretch your penis, you should avoid pressuring your dorsal nerve because it can be harmed easily.
  • If your grip is very strong, the circulation in the penis may be cut off.
  • You shouldn’t start exercising before a proper warm up.
  • Don’t stretch the penis when it is in an erect state, only stretch the flaccid state.
  • If you have an erection during the stretch technique, you should stop for a moment until it withdraws and then you may continue exercising.
  • For this exercise you don’t need any lubricants.
  • In fact, the penis must be dried off very well after the warm up because in this way you ensure a strong grip.

Variations of the Power Stretch Technique

This exercise was created by Johan and it is similar to a concept known as isolated stretching. This exercise tests the “kick-back” reflex of a muscle to see how much it takes for the muscle to respond. The stretch must be performed before the kick-back occurs.

Instructions:

  • Create an OK grip with the thumb up.
  • Then you should slowly extend to a medium stretch.
  • Next you should start breathing in and stretching your penis.
  • The stretch should be held for two seconds while you are inhaling.
  • Then the stretch should be released.
  • Keep the grip while you are exhaling for two seconds.
  • The movement we have described should be performed for 5 minutes (approximately 75 times).
The Jelq

The exercises that we present in our program are variations of the Arabic jelq technique. The jelq is known for hundreds of years and it is definitely the best enlargement technique. The technique was first used by the Arab tribesmen and it made the passage from puberty to manhood.

When a boy would reach puberty, his father would show him how to jelq in order to enlarge his penis and to obtain women’s longing and the admiration of men.

The technique is also known under the name of milking because the movements used for this exercise are similar to those of milking.

When they reached puberty, the boys were shown by their fathers how to jelq and they were supposed to jelq every day for 10 minutes.

When they became adults they only had to jelq for three times a week to maintain the gains they have had and their strength.

How does the jelq work?

This method works not only by lengthening but also by thickening your penis. This method is an efficient one because when the penis is milked, the capacity of the Corpora Cavernosa is increased by forcing more blood into it.

After some jelqing sessions, the spaces in the penis expand more and more and break down the erectile tissue. During the night the tissue heals and it grows larger and stronger than it was before.

The technique also stretches the penile tissue and the suspensor ligament thus lengthening the penis.

What you should remember:
  • The jelq should be only performed in a semi-erect state of the penis, never in an erect state.
  • The semi-erect state is compulsory if you want results to appear after the jelq.
  • If you can’t get a semi-erect state, you should get a full erection and then let it subside until you reach the state needed by this exercise.
  • For the jelqing routine you should always use lubricant.
  • The lubricant you use should be one that doesn’t evaporate too quickly because it is uncomfortable to reapply it over and over again.
  • The best choices for the jelq are Vaseline and Baby Oil with Vitamin E added.
  • If you feel the need to ejaculate during the jelq, it means that your PC muscle is really weak.
  • If this feeling appears you should stop and wait for it to go away and also you should try to focus on methods to avoid ejaculation.
  • A firmer grip is required by this exercise.
  • Jelqing shouldn’t be done on a fully erect penises because there can be damages to the penis produced.
  • You should NEVER jelq in the shower.
  • First, because it is very uncomfortable to stand during the entire jelqing session and secondly because if you use soap for the jelq you will feel sore for days.

Jelq Variations

For this exercise, not like the others, both hands are needed.

  • First of all you should massage your penis until it gets in an erection state of 80%.
  • Then, with your left hand you should make an OK sign with the thumb and the index finger.
  • Grip tightly around the head of the penis and stretch gently.
  • Use the right hand on the base of the penis and slowly milk towards the head of the penis.
  • It shouldn’t take you more than 2-3 seconds to reach the glans.
  • After the right hand gets at the head of the penis, you should release the grip and return to the base.
  • Then repeat the movements and alternate hands if you feel tired.
  • The exercise should be performed for 5 minutes.
